      Great products, great people but don't expect to ever get promoted... unless you're in the "in-crowd!"

      -Loved the products -Tons of samples -Great people -Lots of clinical data -Loved all the neat places the sales force traveled to, including France!

      Cons

      -If you don't speak French, you're excluded from many conversations -Executives would speak French in front of American Employees -Low salaries -Very little room for advancement within company (internal employees are often overlooked for advancement) -Management: "micro-manages" and employees can't work independently without everyone in your business!!

      Challenging team dynamics, but some good aspects to the role

      Pros

      One of the positives of the role was the company itself—the products were strong, I really liked the flexibility in the hours, and the commute and location were very convenient. There were also a lot of good options nearby for food, which made the day-to-day experience more enjoyable.

      Cons

      That said, there were definitely challenges within certain departments that made things harder than they needed to be. Communication wasn’t always consistent, and at times there was a lot of micromanaging and internal tension that made collaboration difficult and slowed things down. It wasn’t the easiest environment to work in, but it did make it clear to me the type of culture I work best in, one with clearer communication and better alignment across teams.

      Pros

      Lots of autonomy while working in a hybrid environment. Great products. Lots of PTO.

      Cons

      Wayyy too many re-organizations during my 7 years. The constant Leadership changes was exhausting, with new management came lots of changes in job description. Was hard to get ahead because as soon as you got some traction leadership would change again and your back at square 1.
