Over worked, bad management, expectations are crazy, back stabbing, new people come in and they want to change everything. I honestly feel like at times we are overwhelmed with so much work and we are still expected to help everyone, it’s hard management don’t see that, we can’t close out door like you guys do to finish our work.

Always room for advancement if you are willing to put in the time and effort. Great people to work with. Always willing to help employees who are experiencing any kind of hardship and also the community

Cons

The cold temps when down in the plant.
