      I enjoy my job, and the benefits of insurance, vacation and personnel leave

      Cons

      Managers need to be more in tune with employees. If an employee comes to them about their pay, not being up to where they should be, they do not need to ignore them. And realize that this is important to this employee. Hard work needs to be rewarded, not ignored. People do not forget that they have been passed over and ignored time and time again.

      Pay and that is the only thing

      Cons

      Working for a company that makes you work Saturdays and holidays. The company has more debt than income and has filed chapter 11 in 2009.

      Thanks for the feedback – we really do appreciate it. Leadership has always been important in the workplace and is not always easy. We do try and align leaders and teams to create a great working environment but sometimes we get it wrong. We are spending a great deal of time and effort in an attempt to change the leaderships way of thinking to better fit the Pilgrim’s culture. These efforts do take time reach and we have indeed made great strides.
