      Pilgrims doesn't know how too manage anything. The company has big time financial problems

      Pros

      I recently joined Pilgrim's and I am very pleased. I work with a very friendly and collaborative team. My manager is very helpful and eager to guide me. The position makes it available for me to learn much more, increase my current skills and obtain new ones. There is possibility for continued growth within the company. I am definitely thankful for this opportunity to be apart of such an awesome team and to be affiliated with such a great company.
