      Pros

      Pilgrim's values their people and is willing to give you the tools to do your job. They love to promote within, so if you are looking for a long-term career, this is the place for you!!

      Cons

      It is very fast paced, but that is not really a con to me.

      Pros

      I have been at Pilgrims for 6 months now and I absolutely love it. Work is my place of Zen, we work as a team and majority of the people are genuinely nice and concerned.

      Cons

      I'm on 2nd shift and it's rough with on me with my little people.
