      Basic 8-5, 5 days a week with average of 5 hours per week overtime.

      Cons

      Company was sold 2 times in 23 years I worked there. Each time was a step down in benefits and frequency of raises. After being purchased by JBS raises were zero. Minor profit sharing based on reaching company goals that most employees had little influence in meeting.
