The cons of Pilgrim Pride is the extreme cold in the plant.it seems to be a revolving door for the company because of the temperature.

Coworkers make the job tolerable; employees care about the product quality.

Cons

Pay is mediocre. Expected to run department of 75+ employees without support from co-supervisor. Whenever something went wrong management wouldn't show support. Asked for raise but instead of a yes or no, get the run around.
