Pros

If you want management to not care about you as a person this is will be your favorite job. Work insane hours and holidays with more hours of work to come.

Cons

Management. Parent company is JBS. A quick google search will let you know all about this organization and perils. The culture at the corporate office is that everyone is so scared to speak. Managers look out over the floor all day long. Even watching you eat lunch.
