      Pros

      Some of the best reasons for working at Pilgrims are for meeting the people and knowing that you are able to help produce different products to be sold at a variety of different stores

      Cons

      Some of the downsides of Pilgrim's are some of their rules.

      Pros

      Good teamwork among peers of equal title. Job does not get boring, there is always something to do. Upper management is generally easy to work with.

      Cons

      Areas of work are always wet and cold. Often shorthanded which leads to added stress. Any person who fails to perform their job to the best of their ability can bring the line down and cause everyone's job to become more difficult.
