      Good pay, bad environment

      Pros

      The pay here is pretty decent and most of the jobs are not too difficult. High turnover rate for night shift, thus more opportunities.

      Cons

      The environment (temperature) as well as the people here are what make it a bad place to work. You are expected to do more than what you should be required to do based on your job title. If you work hard, they push you harder to do more than your part in order to take up other people's slack. There is really no comfortable place to work, it is either really cold or really hot.

      It is a job. It pays money. It's close to home. Sometimes you get days off. Overtime.

      Cons

      It smells awful because it is a chicken processing plant. That is to be expected. Some people have to work holidays.
