Pros

The benefits were fairly good and the pay was fair, although below average for poultry companies.

Cons

The management consisted of ignorant personnel; apparently being loud and boisterous mattered more than if you had respectable morals. The hourly employees did not seem to care for the jobs and the team leads are underpaid.

Pros

It's a job and that's pretty much it

Cons

If your not a knob jockey than you will not move up at all. If your knees have calluses on them then you will do great here if not then you had better learn to c0ck meat sandwiches like nobody else.

Pros

You get training and great hours. The pay is great. They start you have off with $8.25 an hour and after you've been there for your first two months you get a $1 raise, and another after a year. You get the weekends off. Weekly pay.

Cons

Its very cold inside and you'll be using your hands with very cold meat that could possibly hurt your hands in the future, also standing for 8 hours or more.
