      None! Employees mean absolutely NOTHING to this company.

      Cons

      Dedicated, hard working employees that give & give of themselves are nothing to this company. There is NO appreciation or compensation for hard work & dedication to the company. Since controlling interest was taken over by Brazilian company, they have continually "eliminated" positions & added tremendous amounts of responsibility on the employees remaining.
