HR does not care about employees. Performance does not matter and approved situations are then mentioned as a reason for termination. Points Policy is not accurate. Union Reps do not help. Layoffs due to seniority. Layoffs 2 weeks before Thanksgiving. Overtime and mandatory 6 days with less than 48 hours' notice. False Bonus advertisement.

I love working here at Precooked It is very educational, and I love the 4 10-hour days. The onboarding crew is outstanding! They listen and they help you with what it is you need!

Cons

This plant is huge with only one cafeteria that is in the back middle of the plant. If your check-in and parking are in the front gatehouse, it just makes it a good sprint to get there, eat, and get back. They really should consider a food bar or meal truck for the front, or make it a one-hour lunch break.
