Pros

Good pay in some departments and flexibility in some departments. Good coworkers

Cons

HR focuses on events and sassy newsletters instead of having policies to make people's lives better so every department is run like their own country. Depending on what department you're in dictates whether you can work hybrid, have flexibility to work from home, not take a lunch break, leave early on Fridays or for holiday weekends, etc. There are career growth opportunities, but when you know switching departments can radically change your quality of life, it's hard to take them unless you know someone in that department that can tell you what it's like. Also entire departments get sick every 3 months because they moved everyone's desks closer together during the pandemic
