I did see on multiple occasions racisms towards Romanians working there

The pay is really good.

Cons

Extensive over time we work 6 to sometimes 7 days straight. There always downtime because they don't properly fix the equipment. Noone in upper management are on the same page. Most unorganized workflow ive worked in.
