      Pros

      There are a number of pros to working for Pillar Innovations but the best by far is the people that work there. All great people who are willing to help any way they can. The company culture is excellent! They are diverse which has helped them grow even during down times.

      Cons

      Overall is a great company to work for. But, with any company there are some downsides. Their benefits overall is good, however vacation/sick time and 401K could be better. Also, earning a raise can be difficult outside of annual reviews.

      Pros

      Flexible schedule if you need time off it’s pretty easy to get. Good benefits for health care/retirement. Depending on your position you can get a company vehicle.

      Cons

      Lots of travel, compensation is kept as low as possible, very political management chain it’s very hard to move up in the company. They’ve created policies to reduce the amount of overtime you get.
