      Pros

      Young office with great mentality. Company-wide commitment to safety and always open to suggestions. Would recommend to anyone willing to work hard who enjoys seeing their own ideas in action and isn't afraid to speak up.

      Cons

      Management is very busy, which in my opinion is a good thing but some people might not feel they are receiving proper guidance. I've been with this company for some time and there is nothing I could possibly complain about.
