Pros

This can be a wonderful place to begin a career in the property insurance industry in the right circumstances.

Cons

It can be difficult to get enough clear direction and training when beginning. There's not much upward mobility after you are skilled. This is a catastrophe company so you understandably work 7 days per week if needed. You are generally treated as dispensable, and sometimes with very little respect from management.

Pros

If you have basic knowledge of adjusting, 21 or more active licenses, you could do well and last as long as there is high enough claim volume. Great timely pay.

Cons

You have to know someone to get a placement as an adjuster. Like many other similar companies, it's hard to get a seat inside. This company treats their employees extremely expendable and everyone spends majority of their time sucking up to management. Everyone walks on eggshells instead of focusing on claim quality. No benefits, company focuses on outside charities and ignores inside needs such as time off when needed, sick leave...I was terrified to call out when my child was ill and ultimately lost my job due to extreme illness. Hard to balance family and work with this company. Work always had to come first with this company.
