Most coworkers are pleasant, the workspace is clean. Some of the longtime employees are very knowledgeable.

Cons

Pay, benefits, break room seems to be an afterthought. No employee recognition by most managers or Assessor. Some managers are completely clueless to processes and cannot answer basic questions. Newer employees seem to be able to leapfrog longtime employees for promotions with less experience. Extremely limited opportunities for advancement, or pay increases. There is no overtime available.
