Some coworkers were supportive and professional. Benefits are decent and the building is secure.

Cons

Extremely political and unfair hiring practices—especially within Human Resources. Despite completing their own training program, opportunities felt reserved for insiders or favorites. Leadership is unapproachable, defensive, and lacks transparency. It felt like a toxic environment where merit and growth were secondary to office politics. A lot of behind the door off record meetings.
