Pros
The people you work with can all be great fun to talk with and enjoy their company. The benefits are some of the best in Tucson. and after probation you're set in that job.
Cons
You won't get a lot of raises as they sadly are on a tight budget. There isn't much room to move up the ladder but plenty of lateral movement if you like changing it up. Most people who work here tend to be older so there isn't much young blood around.
