Pros
fixed work hours and no overtime, and doesn't need to work in the weekends,
Cons
have to do everything by the ordinance, rules and codes, had to get advances in career. it is okay to transfer laterally but not vertically up unless you know someone from higher up. pay is by far very low unless of course if they like you. it's so subjective and case by case based. it's no related to how educated and capable you are
