Great management. Good salary. Flex work schedule available. Team environment. Easy to talk to management. Good benefits and retirement.

Cons

Not much of a promotional ladder available. People tend to stay, which is a good thing, too.

Pros

Reading some of the previous reviews, I have to say I do not agree with a lot of them. Pinal County is a nice place to work for, and has been nothing but a positive experience since day 1.

Cons

Pinal County does take awhile to put new ideas in place, though other larger counties have been doing it for years.
