Pros

-Great pay (especially as an intern) -Great company culture -Management works hard and doesn't view their employees as underlings, but rather as coworkers/teammates. -CEO is awesome and welcomes new ideas most of the time -Employees are given lots of opportunities to branch out and learn new skills.

Cons

Creative ideas are sometimes shut down by management/executive staff. More user research needs to be done, and it needs to be done in a statistically significant way.
