Pros

I very much enjoyed the people who make up Pink Callers. The team building exercises and meetings were fun and inclusive without being awkward or over the top. I feel like Michelle's goals are genuine with her company. She takes the time to meet each new hire over video, and I found that impactful. HR and lower management are pretty wonderful. Day to day, being a part of Pink Callers as a team is enjoyable.

Cons

Ultimately, for me, the client I was assigned to was a con. I did everything I could to stay positive and make adjustments. But, the in office CSM was not receptive. I'm not sure if it was a personal dislike or a dislike for having outside resources brought in. Because I put in so much effort, my call logs were consistently at 100% answer rates, and I booked leads at a success rate of 92%. Still, the clieint's CSM was unhappy and chose not to use appropriate channels for improvement. She even recorded herself saying rude things about me to her boss by mistake in a call. To save the relationship with the client, whose interaction with me was minimal, I was let go. It stung, but I do understand. There are so many personalities and moving parts with outsourcing. These things happen. I do feel that it could have been handled a bit better. It's a very specific, odd situation, but I hope that my experience makes it better for the next person when anything similar occurs.

Pros

The lower level managers (Team level) truly care and do what they can but it seems like they have very little influence in the decision-making process and honestly they are the most over worked people in the company. There may be a slight change in the way people are treated but if so it is very small and being driven by team level management.

Cons

It’s not a very transparent place to work. There is a US vs. Them mentality of the upper management. People are undervalued and taken for granted. They will expect you to take extra clients on even if you are at full capacity with no regard to your mental or emotional well-being. Yes there is a lot of talk and even HR meetings about things like this. In the long run though it is just mouthing words, not put into practice. It feels like they just overwork who they can instead of hiring new people. “We will just shove this on your plate” type of thinking seems to be the prevalent thought of the upper management team. High turn-over. Compensation is very poor. You can make more at an entry level McDonald's job (Not an exaggeration) No real room for advancement, if you climb too high you will be fired.

Pros

The term family is dropped a lot with this company - but it means nothing. The reviews are true.

Cons

The juice is not worth the squeeze. The CEO is incredibly distracted and the employees are usually scared they will get fired on a daily basis. Nothing is ever good enough.
