Pros

Very little, Cant really think of much in fact. You can look for a new job while on the clock, like I am right now.

Cons

They are very vindictive. Yes they record everything you do and say. Some people even stop recording to talk about other employees and the executive management team. You cannot trust anyone. Everyone is two faced. This is one of the most hate filled places I have ever worked. They want to act professional but employees are allowed to have a profile picture that is a bathroom selfie doing duck lips, and talk about how they parties with the “Bottle”. people can get away with that but if you forget to clock in or out, something that clients do not see, its instant write up. The pay is a JOKE. They pay you in the $15 dollar range and rent you out for more than twice that, plus you normally have 2 or 3 clients that they charge, while you make nothing. Good luck if you get sick, even one day you get a write up, even though they publicly say you only need a doctor’s note for more than 2 days.

Pros

My direct team leads were awesome. Both of them. Shutout to K and C!

Cons

So much chaos there. They can never seem to keep people on staff. My experience was they seem to always be putting out fires instead of preventing them, seems like a few small changes would solve a lot. It seemed like we never had enough people to cover everything. They push off a load and a half of work onto supervisors (And they are doing the best they can) without regard just to "cover" clients. Not that the coverage can be that good when they are so overloaded. They go out of their way to not hire men. Yet they can not keep an adequate staff. Overworked is the new normal. Get all this and that done but within your 40. They do not trust anyone. Probably because they are not trustworthy themselves. You are always under suspension. Sometimes this leads to people getting fired for no reason.
