Pros
-Work from home -Amazing co-workers -Can meet some amazing business owners
Cons
-Too little pay -Upper management seems like a gossip girl group. An "in" crowd if you will. -No transparency -Consistent change of plans -Business owner Michelle takes no accountability and will manipulate and play you. She has a friendly exterior but remember she is a business woman at the end of the day. -Stretched too thin. -Paid the same amount whether you're doing little to no work or too much work. -The bonuses are a slap to the face as those bonuses could go towards higher pay or benefits. -Which reminds me, no benefits.
