Pros

Great opportunity to build the resume.

Cons

Turnover. Everyone leaves for better paying gigs with better bosses in better locations. Militaristic supervisors who are psychologically abusive. Engaging in critical thinking is interpreted as engaging in insubordination. You are forced to use accrued vacation time if you want to have life events that conflict with whatever schedule you randomly receive.

Pros

Good salary, perks, other benefits, parties, fast growing, new industry, diversified teams, global presence, expanding in India, part of securitas, healthy balance-sheets

Cons

Pathetic office location and building, lack of transparency in hiring especially in key managerial positions, monopoly of ex-servicemen in most teams, no graded pay structure (reporting manager could be someone with less experience and even less salary), high attrition rate, new industry catering mainly for U.S. and Western business interests
