Even though “family” isn’t one of our core values, it definitely should be. Pinkerton strives to promote a familial bond between colleagues be it through company-wide announcements from the President that inevitably lead to someone chanting “Pinkerton! Pinkerton!” to something as simple as receiving a signed card on your birthday (sometimes it’s the little things)! Honestly, I love my job. It’s the best I’ve ever had, hands down-I don’t dread coming into work every day, and I look forward to seeing my coworkers. I know how my work fits into the bigger picture and helps us grow as a company. It truly is a great place to work, and I’m incredibly proud to be a Pinkerton.

place which can help to learn how to survive in corporate. sometimes it feels you are having fun but mostly it frustrates.

Cons

full of politics with policies just structured because an organization has to. never to be implemented. salary is proportional to one's luck and buttering seniors. hard work never appreciated.
