Innovative culture creates inspiration, creativity and passion. Challenging and rewarding. I am proud to be a Pinkerton and I live by our values of Integrity, Vigilance and Excellence.

Cons

Not really a "con" per se but the company is not for everyone. If you are not one with a "roll up your sleeves" attitude, a career with Pinkerton may not be for you. We never sleep. :)

Pros

The company has great reach globally with talented people working with clients. Great heart and cooperation amongst the Pinkertons when I was there. Very entrepreneurial in spirit; giving a lot of latitude for personally driven business initiatives

Cons

The management seems driven by short-sightedness in their approach to business model (revenue growth, client acquisition, practice definition just to name some) The chief/cook/bottlewasher role that employees take on is hard for on-the-ground folks because there is no help to alleviate this problem!

I very much consider my coworkers at Pinkerton my family. I have never worked in an organization where we will bend over backwards for each other, in all circumstances.

Cons

Salary reviews more often would be nice.
