Great learning opportunities, admirable atmosphere and supportive bosses. Growing at fast speed especially last 3 years are excellent. HR is very supportive.

Cons

Nothing noted in last 5 years. Current practices should be maintained to keep the employees connected with the organisation , same has been expected by the employees.

Pinkerton provides a platform and opportunities for its employees to rise in their respective roles. If one is a go-getter and achiever, there is no doubt one can reach great heights within the organization. There is a lot of focus on training and awareness which are motivational factors for employees. It is great to learn from the multitude of services offered by the company under risk consultancy. Having employees working for over 5-10 years speaks greatly on the employee friendly atmosphere and dedicated teams behind the success of the organization.
