Pros

I am with Pinkerton from last one year and it's a wonderful company to work with. Pinkerton is very employee friendly where one can manage both professional and personal life, it gives you a work life balance and very good for opportunity grabber and one can never look back who has high dream in career.

Cons

Nothing major, all good for hard workers.

Pros

I am working with Pinkerton more then 6 years. Its a good company which recognize your work qualities. Employee friendly, management is very supportive.

Pros

Stable organization(In terms of monthly salary dispatch), regular working shift. Good organization for people who work aimlessly towards nowhere goal (well its not a Con point).

Cons

No challenging work, management with limited acceptance in terms of new technology deployment & software usage in support & operations. Stereotypical way of getting things done. Very limited scope for learning new techniques & things from senior management. Strictly, not a good organization for technical graduates.
