      Pros

      Stable company where the owners appreciate the work their employees do, and encourage doing what's right for their customers. Ability to earn autonomy. While hours can be longer on busy weeks to keep up with business demand, you get rewarded for this. The company is very family-oriented.

      Cons

      Normal ups and downs of a sales job.

      As an IT recruiter for Pinnacle Partners, I have had numerous opportunities for growth and advancement which have greatly enhanced my earnings The environment is one where you feel comfortable, welcome and appreciated. Laughter and collaboration with my colleagues make working at Pinnacle Partners fun! The Leadership Team at Pinnacle Partners operate from a strong ethical base. They assure all employees and clients are treated with integrity and fairness.

      Cons

      Being an IT recruiter can be demanding, however with the support I receive from our Leadership Team, Administrative Staff and coworkers I am provided with all the necessary tools needed to be successful!

      Pros

      The owners have my back and allow me to do what it takes to take care of my customers and do the right thing every time. The family first mindset gives me the flexibility to take care of what is most important. I cannot say enough good things.

      Cons

      IT placement staffing is not an easy business. We work hard, but, our hard work is always recognized and rewarded.
