It has been very beneficial for me to work at Piper recently and the new management has the work environment better and has made coming into work something I look forward to.

It is near a beach.

Cons

Salary sucks, and direct employees and contract employees are treated horribly. Very unprofessional. Lots of swearing in the offices. Young, inexperienced employees have been given junior and mid-management positions, and their inexperience shows, but not their fault. All of the good, experienced employees leave for considerable increases in salaries at other aircraft companies. The remaining few experienced employees could not survive at the other aircraft companies. Typical, small good ole boy company and the ones in charge protect each other at the employee's expense.
