Sometimes it is too much, but I like the OT money. I trust leadership, as they seem very appreciative of the work we do.

Cons

Pay is not competitive. Pay needs to increase as every where it is going up, and Piper needs to also raise the pay. Money is the most important thing that people need to pay their bills, and Piper does not pay enough.
