Cons

Small company in a fluctuating market so very unstable. Entrenchment in company's methods of production.

Location, and the people you work with are nice and for the most part helpful.

Cons

Too much nepotism. No raises, stressful constantly worrying about layoffs. Performance reviews for salaried is not a fair or objective process.

Do your homework on this company before going to work there

Pros

Piper is a small company where everyone knows everyone. They are good at getting the company together in a group to let everyone know whats going on. Also, they are generous with paying for tuition.

Cons

There is constant turnover at Piper. Many people hire on, decide they don't like it and leave. Also due to the cycles in the aerospace industry there are large layoffs.
