Buddy-Buddy, golfing group culture of CEO and COO is detrimental to Piper's success!

There are no pros in my opinion.

Cons

Decisions made by leadership are bewildering. Only way to get promoted is to be buddy buddy with the CEO and COO and their golfing group. I often wonder how Piper stays in business with all the unqualified leaders in place. Promotions are not based upon hard work and intellect. Raises for the rank and file are nonexistent. The COO is clueless about engineering anything, let alone aircraft.

Bills are prioritized to keep the water running and the electricity on Roof doesn't leak anymore Air conditioned manufacturing facilities 60 hour weeks are postponed, for now Frozen hot pockets in snack area

If you like doing things over and over again, work here If you don't want a pay raise, work here If you really want to understand the definition of incompetence, work here If you're looking to stay stagnant in your position, work here If you like executive decisions that feel like they’re coming from monkeys, work here If you want to leave work every day scratching your head, work here If you want to feel defeated, stressed, headaches and a sense of worthlessness, work here
