Pros

Piper offers an excellent benefits package for all employees. Employees are kept current of company news and issues. Changes in the production schedule are always announced.

Cons

The constant fear of downsizing is always a threat. As of recent, there has been a complete overhaul of top management which leads to constant uncertainity of company goals. Training in many parts of the plant is a negative issue.

Location, and the people you work with are nice and for the most part helpful.

Cons

Too much nepotism. No raises, stressful constantly worrying about layoffs. Performance reviews for salaried is not a fair or objective process.
