Good introduction to structural design and manufacturing in the aerospace industry. Its a relatively small company, so you have the potential to do a lot.

Cons

You'll probably get laid off. No concept of work-life balance. Avoid if possible

Not the best place in town to work

Pros

The people were great to work with.

Cons

Too much nepotism. Lack of training offered to the employees. Performance reveiws if you were lucky enough to get one was one sided, no two-way communication with management or periodic reveiws with feedback. Very fustrating place to work for and don't expect a raise even when the economy is good.
