Benefits, great co-workers, opportunity for growth, plenty of OT if you want it, health center on site for you and your dependents.

Cons

Communication company wide needs improvement, scheduling problems cause a lot of issues in completing aircraft.

The company has gotten worse and worse over the last few years due to the leadership, especially the CEO who is a psychopath with unrealistic views of what is going on in the world currently.

Cons

CEO is terrible, overtime is paid to some salary employees but not all
