We work a lot of overtime but we gets paid for it time plus half. Other departments do not work much overtime, but if you dont work it than you don't get paid for it. I would like more overtime some weeks as I need the money, but other weeks not so much.

The people who are supervising the new employees with their training period, an entry level position mind you .. seen to be so sick of their own jobs they intentionally make your first few weeks a nightmare. The supervisor of my department would only offer limited information about the assigned task and make over half of the training area (25 people) hesitant to ask for help because of the short and passive aggressive response from her. I feel sorry for anyone who has to try to learn anything from the sub assembly training supervisor. I really didn't mind the work itself but it's a shame that i dreaded going to work because of someone who I wish was more motivated to help people learn, not sit behind a desk waiting for someone to work up the courage to ask her how something is done.
