Pros

The people you work with are great, a lot of opportunity for growth and development, and the company events and "gifts" are always fun

Cons

Over the last year, we have seen a lot of change like everyone else. While we had zero flexibility pre-covid when it comes to WFH, people hoped to have and provided feedback as to why continued flexibility post-covid was important to them to which leadership responded "we hear you but we think we are better in office" after record setting quarters. With many people on the outs, moral is down and people feel uncomfortable sharing their opinions even though historically it was always easy to share your feelings and feel heard. You'd think with one of the core company values, they would be more open to embracing and driving change, but instead feel that their opinion is more important than listening to employee's feelings and concerns.

Thank you for the feedback. I am sorry you are not feeling heard. Over the last year, our team’s ability to adapt and execute in a fully remote work environment has been extremely impressive. However, we feel it’s important to spend some time reestablishing our company culture and integrating the over 300 new employees hired during the pandemic. Bringing all employees back in the office means our new hires can experience our unique company culture and seek professional relationships with tenured PitchBook employees. In-office work provides opportunities for employees to connect with others outside their teams and encourages collaboration and open discourse. We’re constantly evaluating, and reevaluating based on the new information we receive, and we will continue to ask for and listen to feedback from employees.
