      Coworkers are the only thing saving this company

      Management seems to have no clue how coach, motivate, or set realistic expectations. My experiences with my manager had me questioning how she was approved to manage a team of 8 AMs with a book of business near $20m. Unrealistic goals that are just passed down with little strategy on how to execute. Morale is low and turnover seems to be increasing as we pass a 2nd year of stagnant growth.
