Pros

good team culture, enjoyed my colleagues

Cons

upper management would change quotas/structures every 6-9 months. Always chasing "alignment" but making it worse each time.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the culture your colleagues. While change and recalibration can be challenging, we understand how frequent shifts can create frustration. Pros

Strong employee benefits, including a very good gym membership offering through Wellhub. Competitive compensation structure and historically strong earning potential in sales roles. Exposure to high-quality private market data and well-known clients across PE, VC, IB and corporates. High-performance culture that can accelerate learning, particularly in earlier stages of tenure.

Cons

The company culture has changed significantly over the past two years, particularly toward the end of 2025 and into 2026. A sudden round of layoffs (around 16 people) occurred with little prior communication, which impacted morale and trust internally. Many high-performing and experienced sales reps have left the business, leading to a noticeable shift in team dynamics. The organisation feels increasingly corporate and process-heavy compared to its earlier, more entrepreneurial culture. Some employees may feel uncertain about long-term direction and stability

Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback. We’re glad to hear you value the benefits, learning opportunities and exposure to our industry. Periods of change, including role adjustments and workforce decisions, can be disruptive and understandably impact morale. While we may not agree with every characterization, we are thoughtful about how change is communicated and remain focused on building a sustainable, long term business.
