Salary, work-life balance, amazing team, office amenities

Cons

The culture has taken a massive hit since the CEO left. Morningstar is taking over and it's feeling a lot more corporate. 5 days in office from 2026. Progression and merit increases were frozen last year. Communication hasn't been great from ELT.

Pros

Not a good company to join. The data is of poor quality.

Cons

Very Low salary as compared to industry standards. Very outdated collection platform and the new collection platform they are developing is also not scalable. Few people in Mumbai can take company to new heights but those are stuck at Team Lead level while management will prefer Senior Team Leads or Managers since they have worked well before the AI thing. Highly demotivating to see I being more eligible then seniors but preference and ownership is given to seniors.
