Pros

Some of the best people I have ever worked with! Fantastic middle management who are supportive Great supportive colleagues Above market average pay and benefits

Cons

Constant poorly communicated change - sales re-org in 2025 has resulted in low morale and top talent leaving. Poorly communicated RTO to 5 days in office in 2026- when asked ‘why’ colleague told ‘to encourage collaboration and innovation in corridor conversations’ Culture can sometimes be forced fun - when unable to attend events it’s feels like an inquisition as to why Not a true global company - PitchBook claim to be a global company but the London and Singapore offices often are left out of core messages and there is a distinct lack of understanding by senior leadership, of how to operate in none American sales environments. Some promotions are more about retaining people to fill a role rather than for their contribution to the business - ie easier to keep a poor performer than replace them!

Pros

- Great product - Great collaboration among sales team - Good leadership team in the UK office - Nice perks and good commission structure

Cons

- WFH flexibility is outdated. 10 days working remotely per Year can’t be considered seriously. Medium/Large size Tech companies are offering at least 9x the current flexibility.

Pros

Great product, great place to be make money. Salary still a bit lower than industry standards but great bonus.

Cons

This is the worst Work from home policy ever created in the post Covid era. Before covid there was no flexibility for anyone to work from home. Now they are implementing a new system giving only senior employees the possibility of working 1 day per week remotely. The rest of employees will have 10 credits that can spend (like PTO) and work from home. For a tech company this is not so good, when you can see companies from the big 4 implementing at least a 2 days WFH. Unfortunately employee feedback is not taken into consideration otherwise they would adjust to the new norms and needs

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you are unsatisfied with our role-based hybrid work model and encourage you to talk to your manager or Sr. Leader on the different options PitchBook has in place regarding flexibility. We’ve introduced core office hours, 10-day work from anywhere perk, occasional full or partial days remote as needed and the role-based hybrid work structure. We are excited about employees connecting in person and feel confident a hybrid model based on roles allows flexibility while simultaneously catering to our culture. If you have any questions, please reach out to your Sr. Leader or PBHR.
