They massively underpay people out of college until Amazon or someone else just poaches them. This is what they want also.

PitchBook is a place for you if you are eager to learn, develop, grow, create, work hard (and fun!), and so much more. It is a place where dreamers and doers can thrive and make an impact, where trying new things is not only welcomed but appreciated and your voice is heard. I appreciate the exposure to industry learning, and also the other trainings available to individuals such as gap selling, management training, strength finders, disc, how to give feedback, etc. At PitchBook, we don't do everything right 100% of the time, and we are always looking for ways to improve when it comes to diversity, development, and growth which makes working here impactful.

Cons

While working from home, the company has done wonders to keep the culture thriving through gifts, mailers, food, virtual events, fun contests, etc, but I really do miss working in the office, and seeing and learning from my coworkers. Not a con :)
