There are pros only if you join as fresher as it provides you workex and little flexibility. but make sure to leave within 2 years as they indirectly expect you to leave as well.

The funny thing is, people who aren't disgruntled and are doing their jobs properly never take the time to write these types of reviews. But with the last couple negative ones I've read I wanted to set the record straight. Having worked across a few large companies of a similar stature, I can confirm unequivocally that this is a brilliant place to work. Interesting clients, great pay (good salespeople are making 40/50k quarterly bonuses), lovely colleagues and very relaxed hours. Relaxed dress code, great pension, work from anywhere a couple weeks per year, the list goes on. Team socials are great - we go to the best restaurants in the world and celebrate as if on Wall Street in the 90s. Minimal favoritism, genuinely kind leadership and elevation based on merit alone! Anyone moaning on here is honestly a useless jelly that would seriously struggle in a properly aggressive/toxic working environment, as they will soon find out.
