      Pros

      The industry we are involved with is so dynamic and vibrant. It has been great to learn and continue to grow my career within this space. The culture and people within the business makes it a fun place to be and something i look forward to when i wake up in the morning. Our room to grow within European market is significant and an exciting challenge moving forward.

      The start-up environment at PitchBook is dynamic, but this also provides many opportunities to grow inside the company and find new opportunities.

      Pros

      I've been working in the newly opened London office in Covent Garden for about 6 months now. It's a rapidly growing team and a lot of fun to be a part of. The office culture is lively and collaborative, and the and the Seattle startup culture has really filtered through to us. The team in Seattle are easy to communicate with, provide us with great support and always take on board our ideas. There are clear routes for career progression, especially as there is culture of promoting from within. We also have a dazzling array of teas, and do a fruit run every Monday. The company has a great product, and its been exciting to successfully expand into Europe.

      Cons

      The company is transitioning from being a start-up company into a cross-continental market leader. As such, are there are certain processes that are not yet formalised. Personally, I enjoy working in this more fluid structure, although some may not.
