      Superb product, great support, excellent pay

      Cons

      Aversion to WFH, took a lot of persuading to move to a hybrid work (3/4 days a week in the office for the majority of employees), having been very insistent on being back in the office full time previously.

      Pros

      I worked at Mumbai location of Pitchbook which comes under Morningstar. They have good work culture Good work life balance (I use to work for only 7hrs) Good and smart people

      Cons

      Pay is decent for graduate but it's not sustainable. Incriment % is single digit which is very poor. Once you are in notice period, you can see change in your TL/managers behaviour.

      Amazing, I love it here. People are friendly and helpful. Company organises good socials and events. Company actively invests in your education and wellbeing.
